These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered on the 999nk (www.999nk.net) platform. 999nk is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving members in Bangladesh and beyond.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 BDT bonus means you must place ৳10,000 BDT in bets.
• Time Limit: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable law.

999nk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Extended inactivity, generally 12 months or more.
• If a member submits a self-exclusion request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

999nk will generally notify members by email before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
